Went there to open account, and the staff, Freddy Loke was super helpful. The whole process took a little longer than normal because of some record issues, but Freddy was calm, talkative and a humorous guy. Shout out to Freddy for the all the help.
We were st ocbc clementi mall this afternoon and There is this slim young man ar the counter with lots of patience guiding my husband and me , helping us to request for a new password for our business account. Thank you for answering all our questions and helping us.
Went there twice because of document issue, but Freddy was very friendly to help out with everything. Managed to get things done within 30mins, very grateful with that!
[R-1][NG] The staff is so bad manners. No greetings and no manners. Especially the financial consultant. I was waiting for the customer service to serve me and she walk up to me to ask what I need. When Im not here for finance. Her attitude changes. That's very bad. - Lyp
